Norm Johnson spent 32 years as a civilian Chemist for the Navy, and the last
22 years as the Supervisor of the Scientific Services Branch at the Bangor
Naval Base. He was president of the Island Music Guild from 2002-2005, and
founder of Music Community Resources, a non-profit organization that puts
on local
concerts. Norm was also the 2009 Bainbridge Island Kiwanis Club Citizen of
the Year. He joined the Board of the Bainbridge Island Special Needs Foundation
in 2010 and became president in January of 2011.
